Neibolt House (work in progress)

After I went to the screening of the new adaptation and remake of Stephen King's IT (directed by Andy Muschietti), I got inspired to recreate the notorious Neibolt house in 3D as accurate as possible. There is this ambitious idea to make two versions of the house: one in its current state and one how it supposed to look like before it became haunted.
I am planning to also recreate its vegetation in SpeedTree and generating an aerial in TerraGen.
